NCCEC strives to provide trauma therapy that our community can trust!
We are a company created by clinicians for clinicians. We care about your work/life balance. Our minimum client hours for full-time clinicians is 18 hours per week. We feel employees should be trusted; we don’t micromanage. We’re always looking for ways to streamline processes. We want you to ask questions and give us feedback!

Understanding the needs of and are passionate about working with individuals with complex trauma. Willing to work hard to foster a safe environment for the staff and clients we serve. Willing to challenge yourself to learn about individuals with diverse backgrounds and how best to work with them. Truly being a lifelong learner in an ever-growing and changing profession.
What You’ll Do
You will work with individuals with complex trauma. You can also engage in group opportunities, workshops, or other company projects if desired.

What You Need to Know
We do not offer health insurance at this time
We are a somatically oriented practice that treats complex trauma; therefore, we require clinicians to take specialized training
Pay range is: $65 - $75/ hour depending on full or associate licensure and completion of specialized training
